3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

5. Service Fees and Payment

  • Fees are charged for professional services rendered, regardless of claim outcomes (except as specified in our service guarantee)
  • Payment is typically required after you approve our action plan but before we commence active work

6. Service Guarantee

If your claim is rejected due to our error, incomplete documentation we were responsible for providing, or mistakes in our preparation, we will refund your service fee in full. This guarantee does not apply when:

  • You provided false or misleading information
  • Your circumstances changed after our assessment
  • The rejection was based on discretionary government decisions outside our control

7. Confidentiality

14. Service Modifications and Termination
