Our Origin Story
In 2019, our founder watched her mother spend eight months trying to navigate a Carer Payment application. Despite being clearly eligible, the process became an exhausting cycle of resubmissions, phone hold times exceeding two hours, and contradictory guidance from different Services Australia representatives.
That experience revealed a fundamental gap: people need advocates who understand both the technical requirements and the human side of benefit claims.
We assembled a team that includes former Services Australia assessors, social workers, and administrative law specialists. Each person brings direct experience with the systems we help clients navigate.
